CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations: any cancellations or rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours prior of scheduled appointments with no penalty. Deposits are non refundable but can be used towards your new rescheduled appointment IF done prior to the 48 hour window. If client chooses to cancel within the 48 hours of scheduled appointment, 50% of the total will be charged with the card provided by client on file. •No-Show clients will be charged full price of scheduled appointment with card provided by client on file. No exceptions. Client must arrive on time and prepped for services. There is a 5 minute grace period. If 10 minutes have exceeded with no show/no contact, the No-Show policy will be put in place. If multiple cancellations are made within the 48 hour window, or no show- your account will be placed on the Banned Booking list. It is at my discretion if future prepaid bookings will be accepted.
